The developer has consistently misled customers, making this a clear priority over genuine progress. Despite more than five years of development and three RERA extensions, the project remains incomplete. Commitments regarding possession have never been honored, and the practice of demanding payments before achieving key milestones has become a habitual pattern.

Its a scam, dont buy and dont pay booking amount. we paid token money of 51k due to urgency shown by sales team to meet march year end targets, they promised us a flat on 15th floor while they only had approval till 12th floor and got the approval just recently for 15-16th floor construction for that has not even started yet and they promised possession within two months for it. They dont allow you to visit the flats above 3rd floor so you wont know their reality.Booking amount was supposed to be refunded after a week of cancellation its been months but no response and no refund of token amount, so dont fall for all the sweet talk by the sales team especially Sandeep and CRM Abhijeet.Similar reviews are present for other purva sites in Pune so dont buy a flat with this builder
