Pros:- 1. Location is very good because project is on Kharadi main road which makes locations like Magarpatta ,Amanora,Keshav nagar, Koragaon and Kalyani Nagar close to this, subject to the traffic at mundwa light. 2. Brand and builder is good and known for timely and good quality delivery majorly, recently delivered big commercail Poonawala corp (Mundhwa) which will be visible from the back side of this project. 3. Carpet area is also very good and spacious and according to me special attraction is almirah box space(enclosed balcnoy) in the rooms and big sit out area in 3 BHK in addition to the living room balcony. 4. Commercial space with shops and office is part of the project so lot of shopping options wihin the project only. 5. Local market, Mall (Nyati Enthral,Amanora,Seasons), Grocery biggies, Hospital(Manipal , motherhood etc), IT offices ,schools and colleges ,Parks(newly declared Oxygen park) , Petrol pump are within the range of 0-5 KM. Airport and Railway also not too far(approx 10 KM). 6. Newly declared Khadakwasla-Kharadi metro line will pass through close vicinity subject to final acceptance of the DPR. Cons:- 1. Location, again location because of traffic at Mundhwa red light if you have to frequently travel and cross that area. 2. Project is surrounded with gunthewadi construction ,so for low floors non amenities facing flats view would not be that good.
