I have been living here for the last two years. Overall, I have no major complaints about the township. There were some electricity and water supply issues in the past, but the management has been working to improve them. The society is also well maintained. I am giving this rating mainly based on what it feels like to live here every day. The biggest problem is the roads, and most of the responsibility lies with PCMC. The township has only one narrow entry and exit road. Every day, thousands of cars and hundreds of buses use this road, causing heavy traffic. It has become normal to spend around 30 minutes just to cover a distance of about 50 metres for a two wheeler. The township is located in Charoli BK, where the roads are already narrow, full of potholes, and often affected by rain and sewage water. The road conditions are very poor. Just crossing Charoli BK is difficult, and then entering the township through the narrow road becomes nightmare. This could have been one of the best residential projects if proper planning for the roads has been done. It would also help if PCMC widened the roads and regularly repaired the potholes. But it never happened. The most disappointing part is that the township management is also not making even small efforts to improve the situation. They could hire a private contractor to temporarily repair the potholes and actively follow up with PCMC to widen the roads. Instead, they continue constructing new buildings while the road situation remains same. With more buildings becoming occupied in the future, traffic and road conditions are only going to get worse for the residents. (Note: None of the attached pictures are from inside the township. Today I booked my 2BHK in Pride World City and I am very happy with my decision. This is a huge 400 acre project and the overall tour was beautiful. Roads are wide, greenery is well maintained, and the location feels peaceful yet well connected. The sales team explained everything clearly and the site visit gave me full confidence. Looking forward to my new home here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good township lifestyle in Pune.

I never expected a township in Pune to feel this peaceful. My mornings have completely changed. The view, the quietness, the fresh air… it just sets your whole mood right. My home feels comfortable, the surroundings are clean and pleasant, and I genuinely enjoy living here every single day. If someone asks me, I always say… experience living here once. 45 min stoppage from DY patil gate to main road exit towards porwal road..still not seen exit. Pathetic. Only constructed society but no proper traffic management. Just nightmare to select this place for staying. Took 55 minutes to reach to Dhanori today ..and again in some time going back to the traffic
