1. Parking issue 2. Water fluctuations 3. Mainly leakages within three years and not rectified. Out of 440 flats almost every one has 1. Leakage issue at bathroom, hall, kitchen and floors, 2. STP 3. Rodents

Good building and decent amenities available.

My friend shifted here, at her house warming party couldn't go so went to her place, It's a nice place to stay with a good security guard at the entrance but as I entered I felt the wings were very close to each other, The wing entrance is not accessible ♿ there is no ramp u have to climb 5 steps holding a steel rod, then at the corridor again they security ask whose flat u have to go, then lift is there. There are 2 lifts, the passage was neat and clean. As I entered I felt the living room was very small, from the 8th floor I saw down it looked nice, but the sliding window half was closed, Half there was sliding. She had 3 Bed room hall, Only the master bedroom has an attached washroom but the roof is low,but not spacious. The next bedroom is not spacious they had a wardrobe in the room hardly space and from the window u can see the wing hardly distance is there . This room is like half room only one small bed and wardrobe is there. The kitchen is rectangle shape, washroom and it's also very small. In front of her wing there is a garden in rectangle shape where I could see a basketball. They have parking facility and still work is going on flats are available.

Good building. Parking is a big issue but the management is nice and helpful for the most part. Amenities are as promised and up to the mark
