This building has NO COMPOUND where kids can safely play or elders can chill. Moreover you will lose your calm & patience on weekend nights because of a new fancy restaurant which plays LOUD music late in the night. The music is played in the open space in the compound of this building and not inside the restaurant. This loud music resonates in the whole neighbourhood. This new restaurant has occupied the parking space outside their outlet as if they own the public space. It has become a NUISANCE in the peaceful residential neighborhood.
What a pathetic project. No compound, trying to fram upper juhu but its andheri west. Wont even pay 25k psft for such project. Kids if gets down has to play in lobby? Or terrace. Bhai isko building nahi hostel bolo

Great company to work with overall. My client had bought a flat at 53 West, it was best suited project for my client with a good spacious flat and prime location with nearby metro and station. Client loved the flat and even thankful to their sale & CRM team to assist in end to end process. Yesterday visited the office of Platinum Corporation with my husband. I am staying in Lokhandwala and visited to look sample flat. Two girls standing and they were busy in chit chat. Not bothered to ask for water. After sales what they will do I don't know. That's why due to bad behaviour of sales executives we left the premises.
