I visited Piramal Vaikunth yesterday with my husband and my 2-year-old daughter as we were seriously considering purchasing a property there. In fact, this was our final visit as we were almost at the last stage of closing the deal and making the payment. Before this, we had visited Piramal Vaikunth around 4–5 times with our family. During all our previous visits, we were assisted by Bhavesh, who handled us very well. He was polite, professional, and we had no issues with him at all. Our experience during those visits was positive, which is why we were confident about moving forward with the purchase. However, during our final meeting yesterday, Bhavesh introduced his so-called Team Leader, Mr. Saurabh Ambule, for the closing discussion. Unfortunately, within just one meeting of about 30 minutes, Mr. Ambule clearly showed his frustration and behaved in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. He spoke to us in a rude tone multiple times (around 6–7 times), which was completely unacceptable—especially considering we were serious buyers at the final stage of the deal. We remained patient and tried to keep the conversation calm, particularly because we were there with our small child. However, when our patience level was exhausted, we politely explained to him that this is not the right way to communicate with customers. Customers who are about to make such an important financial decision deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. It was extremely disappointing to experience this kind of behavior from a senior team member. We genuinely liked the project and had already invested significant time through multiple visits, but this interaction left us with a very negative impression. I strongly request the management to look into this matter seriously and ensure that such behavior is addressed, so that other customers do not face a similar experience in the future.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the complex maintains a peaceful ambiance, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Piramal Vaikunth is an excellent choice for those seeking a blend of modern living, spiritual tranquility, and community spirit.

Very poor service. I had gone to visit one of the flats purchased, the RM Reena. The team did not help through the premises, leave alone visiting the flat. It was so humiliating as I had taken some of my relatives along to show the place. Only thing good about the premises is the temple. Pathetic service for the name Piramal is put up for. I am dissatisfied with the management in terms of dealing with existing customers.

Piramal Vaikunth is one of the best and peaceful places of Lord Krishna I have ever visited. Situated in Piramal Vaikunth realty this temple is nothing but an absolute beauty. The Radha-Krishan idol are so mesmerizing and so real you'll feel peace at heart. The temple is maintained very beautifully and the hygiene is maintained as well. Must visit. #blessed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
