My experience with the sales interaction for Piramal Mulund was not very positive. During the discussion, I was asked about my current house area and then reminded that the project is ‘ultra luxury.’ While qualifying buyers is understandable, the conversation felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Sales conversations should remain respectful and customer-focused irrespective of budget or current living conditions. Additionally, based on the videos and pricing discussed, I am still unsure whether the offering truly feels ‘ultra luxury’ for the price point. At around ₹2 Cr for approximately 855 sq ft, buyers will naturally compare this with other locations considering factors like connectivity, commute and overall value. Ultimately, luxury is not only about branding but also the experience, space and value perceived by the customer.

We had a very good experience during our flat booking process. Bhavesh Patel was assisting us from Piramal side.He explained the project details clearly, guided us properly at every step, and answered all our questions patiently. Extremely disappointing experience with this developer. I had purchased a flat in Tower 3, Ravin, on the 12th floor, but my experience has been very frustrating. The staff is completely unprofessional and does not listen to customers at all. Their attitude towards buyers is careless and irresponsible. If you delay a payment even slightly, they immediately start charging interest on the remaining amount. However, when customers pay the full amount on time, they do not provide proper service, support, or response. Once you pay them, it feels like they simply forget about you and your concerns. I strongly advise others to be very careful before dealing with this developer. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a very disappointing overall experience.

Sales office of Piramal. Tried their best way to market their product. They are expecting Client to pay at least Min 50k in their first visit. Rest the property seems to be good, but it is situated on the busiest street, no near by market or school. On non peak hours it took 20 minutes to reach the highway. The Goregaon Link Road will get started in future. So think of this and then only buy. Unable to see any local Market near by.

All that glitters is not gold. This is just an apt statement for Piramal Revanta. From the outside it looks great, but it's when you actually live here you will know the loopholes in each and every department. Be it plumbing, drainage system, quality of construction, material used for construction, anything. Everything seems substandard. Quite shoddy work done by the builder. Clubhouse, and the facilities are fine, but not maintained, and one major drawback with families having smaller kids is there's no indoor play area and going to the outdoor play area becomes quite challenging in summers and raining season. The human density is so high, the clubhouse seems very small for use of so many families. Nowadays all big societies offer indoor creche or pay area for infants and toddlers, which is missing here.
