My Experience with Piramal Group – Repeated Defaults on Written Commitments I am sharing this purely as my personal experience and opinion, based on direct interactions with Piramal Group’s senior representatives. I was given multiple explicit assurances, including a specific written commitment that a credit note would be issued by 8 February. That promise has now been missed, repeatedly, without explanation, ownership, or even basic communication—despite escalations to senior management. When an organisation of this scale fails to honour simple, routine financial commitments after multiple follow-ups, it raises serious concerns about internal accountability, governance, and execution discipline. What is most worrying is not the delay itself, but the complete absence of transparency or ownership. As a customer, this experience has significantly eroded my confidence. Repeated missed timelines and silence create the unfortunate perception that commitments are made casually and honoured selectively. I would strongly advise prospective customers to document everything in writing, be cautious with assurances, and factor in delays—even when commitments are made at senior levels. This review reflects my experience alone, but it has been deeply disappointing.

Worst management all over staff is misbehaving guest parking is at basement 2 where there is no network when driver is saying he is sitting in the car then also these people not listening at all and ask the to park the car and stay out side wherever he get network this is worst experience is such a good property .....these people not giving importance to any guest who is coming from outside to visit this tower if any one say need to talk to the senior they answer go and talk with the management now plz let me know how to talk with the management to get this issue report as soon as possible ......

This flourishing & progressive project, with its hustle & bustle of the streets, rich traditional culture elucidates the charismatic fusion of past to present. Piramal Mahalaxmi is the Largest Residential Project in South Mumbai, with over Development of 2 million sq ft, it will have high rise towers which will have Uninterrupted Views of 225 Acres big Mahalaxmi Race Course & Arabian Sea. Piramal Mahalaxmi project is well connected to the rest of the town, the location is close to Mahalaxmi Station, Roads, and upcoming Metro and Monorail Projects.

Even though the property is good, many commitments made by Piramal regarding removal of hawkers and maintaining cleanliness around the entrance have not been fulfilled. The surrounding area remains extremely dirty and, at times, feels unsafe especially for women. Please think twice before booking if safety and hygiene are important to you. I am a resident here and facing these issues firsthand.
