Fraud builder! Think very carefully before signing any agreement or paying stamp duty with this builder. Their only priority is selling the flats. Once the deal is done, they completely stop caring about you as a customer. There is no proper support, no accountability, and no responsibility after the sale. I strongly advise others to stay cautious and thoroughly verify everything before committing. Worst experience ever!

Worst builder in India. Construction quality worst, water leakage in building, delayed handover, zero accountability and zero responsibility. Never ever buy or live in any of their constructions. Ask renters living in Trident Tower what they face on a daily basis. One of the worst construction where there are so many issues on a daily basis.

Paranjape are worst in delivering project as well as documents. I’m sitting in Paranjape office from last 3 hours simply to collect receipts of my flat. Construction quality of Mhada flat and response rate is also very poor.

Most useless build quality. Very conveniently they get rid of their responsibility. Plumbing work is horrible. Flooring tiles have air gaps and bubbles inside. Doors are of inferior wood, door frames decompose. Worst is the ceiling plaster just falls off, whole house roof now has cracks and plaster is dropping off. Pics attached for reference. Mr. Badgi maintenance manager is one of the worst service managers I have met in my life. He damn cares for your problems. No solutions ever. Bought brand new house in 2011 in Avaneesh Apartments and from day one facing issues. Filed more than 65 complaints in just 3years. Paranjape’s are going the DSK way. Guys be careful don’t waste your hard earned money in these unreliable builders. 🙏🏻
