Oberoi Eternia is the sister development to Enigma. We have done interiors for one project in tower B. As architects, we are fond of the nicely designed podium amenity space of the tower. Overall, a premium experience! Thanks. Rajjas Kshirsaagar GroupARC Architects and Interior Designers, Mulund.
One of the top housing society’s in Mulund (w) with great amenities. Has 4 towers, 63 floors each with 6 flats on each floor.
Premium Property just on the main road of lbs marg, mulund. There are two towers of premium 2, 3 & 4 bhk which surely targets the elites. Amenities are great as well and security features are top notch. The sales office is nicely constructed with an internal lift to take up to the show flat. The show flat has neatly done interiors and gives customers a glimpse of their construction quality. Oc is being received so the cost of these properties now is on the higher side. Nevertheless, only elites would be interested in buying these humungous 67 storied towers on the main road.
Tallest building ever in Mulund I have visited and the flats are really lavish and staying could be a great experience.
Best place to reside highly recommended a well planned complex for premium families

Poor accounting and administration. Inspite of making payment by rtgs in account A and B ( GST), receipts issued of wrong amount. Amount paid in A and B are mixed up. On being pointed THANE POKHRAN ROAD NO.2, Not willing to rectify. Accounts statement is always wrong, inspite of submitting TDS certificate, balance pending shown. Staff is so well trained that they will not accept any error.

Best place to have an office. The view of the flora and fans from the top floor are breath taking. The maintainence team of the building is very good. Strategically located near the Western Express Highway. Oberoi mall is a stone throw away. Only negative I could is the parking space availability.

Went here for an interview so it was good. The work space is good here and some well known creative and advertising agencies. The surrounding ambience is really refreshing and green. Liked the experience
