We got possession of our flat at Majestique Signature Towers, Balewadi in Nov 2024 and we’re very happy with the overall experience so far. The layout of the society is well-planned with modern amenities. A big thank you to Bhupali from the sales team - she has been extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. I am glad, I got connected with her during my home search process, couldn't have asked for a better point of contact. Her prompt communication and support made everything smooth and stress-free. The property rates for this society touch the sky, even rental expectations but the way this society is maintained its really harrowing and an experience like a slum. I have been living here for almost a year and no one cares, had to move here due to a personal emergency but no one cares, there is no change. Not sure how long I will continue. Basic sanitation and cleanliness also isn't priority for this slum. If someone flushes on any floor above me, I and everyone else below mentioned will get to know, that's the quality of plumbing. There is rework for commode in 2 toilets within 1 year and limited usage

This society is an absolute disaster when it comes to basic living standards. For the kind of rent and property prices being charged here, the infrastructure is shockingly poor. Frequent shortages of electricity, water, or both have become a routine issue, not an exception. This has been going on for months, yet there seems to be zero accountability from the people responsible. Residents are expected to tolerate repeated disruptions to basic amenities while paying premium prices, which is completely unacceptable. Anyone planning to rent or buy a flat here should seriously reconsider. The society is simply not worth the high rent or purchase cost. Basic amenities like uninterrupted water and electricity should not feel like luxuries. Very disappointing and poorly managed.

As an owner, I often question what value my hard-earned money is actually getting here when basic services and resident safety continue to be neglected. * Despite collecting substantial maintenance charges, the quality of services remains extremely poor. * The CRM and Facility Management teams do not show any urgency in addressing resident complaints or resolving recurring issues. * Frequent lift breakdowns and multiple incidents of lifts getting stuck pose serious safety hazards to residents. * Water supply and pressure issues continue without any permanent resolution. * No timely communication or prior intimation is provided regarding service disruptions or maintenance activities. * Residents are forced to repeatedly follow up on the same concerns, with little accountability from the management team. * Housekeeping and overall maintenance standards do not justify the maintenance fees being charged. As a homeowner, it is disappointing to see basic facilities, safety standards, and resident welfare being consistently overlooked. Prospective buyers and tenants should carefully evaluate these concerns before investing in this society.
