I booked flat at Mahindra Vista in the month of March 2025, payment ledger was incorrect, I had to ask them to correct few times. In December I came to know that buyer can not sell flat until it is ready and occupancy granted that will be in 2030. We decided to withdraw, Customer Relationship manager asked us to send email in writing for cancellation, which we submitted on 30th Dec 2025. I got reply your request is in the process since January 2026 every time I contacted customer relation on what's app or on the email same stereo type reply. I have given them direct deposit information. It is still in the process with NO concrete date of refund. There was environment issues since Sept, that probably is resolved. This is regarding Kandivali Mahindra Vista. Owner can find out on Mahindra Vista Kandivali office about flat # and the building. Another stereo type reply received on the email that your payment is linked to construction so you got ample of time to pay. I do not want to pay anymore. I haven't registered flat, please reimburse me the payment I made. To the below email of owner. Owner please contact Mahindra Vista Kandivali office to find flat # and the building.

Do not trust Mahindra.. their Alcove project in Chandivali has lapsed Rera Deadline. So be cautious before investing with Mahindra. I have completely lost my trust I the brand. Zero transparency. Now their below reply is also misleading to potential buyers. While they mention the team has given me clarity, I still haven't received any email from them, where application of rera extension has been applied/granted. So Beware!!

I visited Mahindra Vista Phase 2, and here are some key things that I loved about it. 1. ⁠The location is just perfect, plus the project has every modern facility one can ask for. 2. ⁠Connectivity is amazing. Commute tension-free, and lifestyle top-notch! 3. ⁠⁠Location + amenities = Perfect combo! Mahindra Lifespaces nailed it. 4. They have 2BHK & 3BHK configurations in this project. My experience was way better than what i heard. The work is going on in full swing . The staff was are very cooperative especially Miss Kajal she was kind & ready to reply to all our queries.

The sales team is very nice and co operative but the moment you book the flat, the real nightmare begins. The loan advisors are not reliable and the escalation management is just stonewalling any or all requests. Already regretting going ahead with the booking.i wonder who are the people giving 5 star review to this shitty experience.
