I deeply regret buying a flat at Mahindra Happinest. Do not trust the brand name blindly. They do not care about your EMIs or bank interest burdens.The project has severe transparency issues. For the exact same phase, they have given completely different possession dates on agreements—some say 2026, while others say 2027. On top of that, the construction progress is clearly lagging behind schedule. For the last 3 to 4 months, the "M Life" mobile app has been showing the exact same stagnant construction updates with zero real progress.To make matters worse, buyers are completely barred from entering the site to physically inspect the work. They expect you to keep making full milestone payments blindly, while you have to constantly chase them for possession updates. The basic amenities are nowhere near ready.Whenever you try to reach out to the CRM team for an honest update, you only get standard, automated copy-paste replies. Extremely unprofessional experience for a supposedly reputed developer. Think twice before locking your hard-earned money here.

This project is very expensive as compared to similar project in same area & Builder take money in name of expression of interest with verbal commitment of refund, if we will not have deal, however the experience is 360! Degree opposite, no body responding, when customer asking for refund of paid money. This is very ridiculous experience & this is just litmus test, where we can have taste of builder attitude & approach

I think buyers are just taking decision based on name only. But in actual nothing is happening as per the timeline No possessions on time False promises by sales people Quality of work not as per mentioned details in sales lounge Once sale is done they will not allow you to enter the space, not even with the safety kit. For complaints no resolution. If you are planning to buy here please think twice, there are many reputed builders in town which provides result as per given commitment.
