L&T has high reputation but this project has disappointed a lot. Flats were sold with strong communication stating possession during July 2025 wherein ReRa Date is Dec 2026. They turnout tobe any other builder who couldn't complete project and delaying towards RERA date The most unfortunate part is , you have to communicate through CRM team which has no clue about project updates and expected possession possibility. The option is

A well-known real estate company with fake commitments. I have purchased a flat Rejuve 360. They confirmed in writing the possession date and just 2 days before sending email notifying possession to be post-poned by almost a month. They are least bothered about emotions attached to a home possession and also any financial losses occurred by the customer (interior work etc) due to the delayed possession. Disappointed to be associated with so unprofessional and low valued company

Till sale everyone is sweet. Later ‘ talk to cram’ attitude. Very secretive on any inf. They don’t allow the buyer to visit their flat even after oc is received. No inf on balance towers

Beware of people who sell properties giving false aggressive timelines. You need to speak to their CRM who will tell different things each time & don’t give proper information. Overall very bad and disappointing experience.

One of the best high-rise project in Mulund with great Vastu and directions of flats facing the rising sun. LnT being a household name drives quality with value of the property. The sales and CRM team are commendable on reverting back on queries quickly. Great location and the metro coming at the doorstep is something we are looking forward to.
