It’s one of the best project in Mumbai and off-course top in Mahim, best part is location, project plan, amenities and view. Project walkthrough, presentation and suggestions given by Mr Kushal Khanna made us convinced to consider the project and in addition to that very detailed explanation on every aspect of each flat was also provided. At last we met Mr Harpreet, the site head, who was phenomenal from all aspect of professional and personal, minute architecture and design level details with good deal were also given. We came back with happy deal and great connection with these two gentlemen. Looking forward for this amazing project delivery and relationship with L&T and team.

The project is good, and I have no complaints about the project. However, I do have to share a very disappointing experience I had when I visited a couple of days ago, and that is with respect to the Sales Manager at the site. I was directed to her for a query I had, and was asked to wait. She did come to the waiting area and Receptionist pointer her to me. However, the lady just turned away and started to walk back, without even acknowledging us. I grant that she might be too busy for our small query but she lacked the basic courtesies expected of a Sales Manager. I am an existing investor, but she had scant respect.

3 bhk all sold out, hope they have not taken home loans in the era of Ai and no job security.

The project site is at a convenient location from arterial roads and CBD, BKC, Bandra Worli sea link, MTHL etc flanked by prominent suburbs of Dadar to the South, Bandra, Khar to the North, Dharani to the east. The Arabian sea makes up the western quadrant, a minutes drive away. The project by itself being developed and promoted by L&T caters to the upwardly mobile segment though credibility is best seen vide quality construction and adherence to construction timelines. Out of the 3 towers ( all 28 floors plus), the first two towers are nearly sold out. This is no greenfield project. A SRA. Looks good. Construction on time albeight too early to predict. Hoping L&T Realty takes corrective measures with respect to the few past observations concerning roof leakages etc. Knowing the group, they have a winner on hand.
