I booked my apartment in L&T Realty Centrona (Zen B) with the expectation of a smooth possession process. While the construction quality appears good, my experience regarding possession communication has been disappointing. On 9th March 2026, L&T sent a pre-intimation email regarding possession, creating an expectation that handover would happen soon. However, even after several months, no Demand Notice or Occupation Certificate (OC) has been received. Throughout this period, I have followed up regularly with the sales team, CRM, and Facility Management team. Unfortunately, I have mostly received generic responses such as "we are waiting for the OC" or "it will take some more time," without any clear explanation of the current status, pending approvals, or an expected timeline. Several emails have been sent stating that the RERA possession timeline remains December 2026 and that they are unable to commit to an earlier date, despite earlier communications suggesting the possibility of early possession. As a homebuyer, this uncertainty has made it very difficult to plan finances, home loan disbursement, leave from work, and shifting arrangements. Buyers deserve transparent and timely communication, especially when possession-related approvals are delayed. I sincerely request L&T Realty to provide regular, factual updates on the OC status and expected possession timeline instead of generic responses. Better communication would go a long way in maintaining customer trust.

The front of the project is at the main highway, but the backyard of this 3 acre project has 75 acres of slum. The property is not on a freehold land rather a leasehold for 66 years. One bhk flats with garden view will lack sunlight.

Not sure if the review is helpful. In my experience of searching for properties, I have not seen a bad lnt plan for seeling 1bhk flats in mumbai or navi mumbai. No doubt lnt has money stuck in this erstwhile xerbia project, but having 1bhk made up of two studio apartments combined is not the way to go. I mean who is marketing such a layout. Toilet in front of living room is absurd. The project and tower which has been opened for booking seems more like Tetris game than living place. The property may get sold due to lnt name but the tower which is released now is definitely not worth spending near to a crore rupees Location is good, however you have kamraj nagar slum on one side and in distant you have dumping grounds of govandi which can be seen from the site easily.

The structure, sitting area and people there were very good...but the rooms are very congested and not really good for a family...its good for a person to live in that tight room. (Features are good and Eastern type of stuff which saves space)
