Tower 5. Warning - if you are reading this and if you have any sense — DO NOT BUY WITH LODHA …. Really bad poor and terrible quality of the apartment and building. Look at the door pictures. Leakage in bathrooms.. Fire Alarm not working and already damaged, interior finishings very poor.. We haven’t even moved yet and the walls are breaking and there is leakage .. I emailed support team, they asked to email help desk, then after 5 days Helpdesk asked to email society management — however no contact details for the society management was provided.. All fake 5 star reviews..Quality, Commitment, customer service, Timeliness, Integrity - all missing from Lodha.

Best society in this part of the town.. The construction quality is superb and we have a great commadere of people already while some people are yet to move in. The connectivity is going to greatly improve once few new roads connecting Lokhandwala to Goregaon is opening soon.

Booking Lodha woods has been a biggest mistake. The way project was portrayed by the builder it was all false. After taking full payment the project has been delayed. The ceiling height is very less. The builder has put false ceiling in every room. The rooms are cramped . There is only one promptness that is for demand of money otherwise everything else there is no response. The project promised 50k jungle, senior park , pet park.. no place for that left. there is nothing. That part is so limited similar to a big hall. Imagine 9 towers using the common area. How risky and hazardous in case of any accidents.taking into account the recent event of fire in Hongkong. The gap between two buildings was promised 10 feet but it’s barely one feet. They utilised that saved space for accommodating a new tower 9 which they claim to have developed with additional land acquired. All false promises and playing with the emotions of buyers . Very disappointed.

It’s a mistake purchasing with Lodha! I was moving to Mumbai in November 2025 purchased flat in June 2025 as sales person gave commitment to give possession end of October. But once all paperwork and emi started hitting they told it won’t be possible possession is moved to February 2026. So had to take a flat for rent for 6 months because I had nowhere to live. Now recently I received email saying possession is pushed to July 2026. Now again I have to renew or find new rented flat. Now I have to pay 1.2L emi and rent of 40k additional because of their false promises Worst service I had ever seen and the cherry on top is we don’t even get to see flat what we are paying for. They say “it’s worth waiting, Your safety is our concern” what low quality material are you guys using that my safety is your at most concern??? #LODHAWOODS #TOWER6
