Think before going for Lodha as the builder I've bought an apartment from them in their Kandivali project. As per the agreement the payment milestone was linked to initiation of work on 36th floor. So far while only 33 floors have been completed on ground, the builder has demanded the money with no explanation. Please check and read the agreement thoroughly before you pay any token amount or else you'll have to pay the cost like me. Relationship manager does not have any answers to my questions. I'm attaching a photograph as well as a supporting. The building constructed is for 40 floors and the one under construction is supposed to have completed 35 floors before raising the payment milestone. But as you can observe 7 floors are yet to be completed for the under construction building implying ollnly 33 slabs done
