When purchasing a property from the Lodha team, make sure you clearly understand where your parking space will be located and how much area it will have. Verify whether your vehicle can actually be parked comfortably in the allotted space. No need to waste your time going for a visit. It is advertised as a luxury society but it is not. Appartments are awful, rooms are small, low ceilings, you feel like in a chicken box. Pigeons swimming in the pool. Really gloomy and non premium residential complex.

Beautiful 5 star property. Expensive but worth every penny spent. Giving 3 star for following reasons: 1 . Stray dogs roam inside the building. They drink water from pools and bark at residents. 2. Swimming pools are at same level of walkways. No boundary around the pools to stop dirt and dirty rain water from going inside the pool. 3. Scores of pigeons bathe in the swimming pool. Despite repeated suggestions given by me, no action taken by management. 4. Too many mosquitoes despite extensive fogging of premises. 5. Extremely Bad air quality 6. Bad neighbourhood. 7. Gym close too early which leavea no time for working people to go to gym regularly. I am able to use gym only on weekends. Gym should remian open till late , at least till 11pm without any trainer. 8. No ground for kids to play. My son has gained weight as there is only area where he can play football or cricket. They are not allowed in gym. They have to space to cycle or run But the positives are so good that I can't move away from this property: 1. Awesome gym with lifefitness equipment 2. Nice spa, lawn Tennis and squash court. 3. Beautiful 5 star interiors
