Disappointed with the repeated possession delays and communication from Lodha Giardino, Kharadi I am also a customer of Lodha Giardino, and unfortunately, my experience regarding the possession timeline has been quite disappointing. When I booked my home, the possession expectations communicated by the sales/CRM team were significantly earlier(Dec 2025) than the timeline that is now being discussed. Like many other buyers, I made my financial and personal plans based on the commitments and assurances given to me at the time of booking. What is more frustrating is the repeated revision of possession timelines. Instead of receiving a clear and realistic schedule from the beginning, buyers have had to keep following up and asking for updates. I understand that the RERA possession date is the contractual/regulatory deadline, but from a customer's perspective, the issue is not simply whether the builder is technically within the RERA timeline. The issue is the difference between what was communicated and what is actually happening. For a homebuyer, possession is not just a date on paper. It affects rent, EMI, financial planning, relocation and family decisions. When possession keeps getting pushed, it creates significant uncertainty and financial stress. I would request Lodha to be more transparent with its customers and provide: • A realistic and written possession schedule • Tower-wise/phased handover timelines • Regular construction progress updates • Clear communication whenever there is a change in the committed timeline I still hope the project is completed properly and handed over at the earliest. However, Lodha needs to understand that customers have invested their hard-earned money and deserve transparency, realistic commitments and timely communication. I am sharing this review based on my own experience as a customer, so that prospective buyers can make an informed decision and ask the right questions about possession timelines before booking. Please don't add common reply here to share CRN number etc as you know what common issue we are facing soninstead complete the project and give possession as soon as possible.

They are so deeply committed to preserving our peace of mind that they actively refrain from burdening us with minor details like 'actual delivery dates' or 'real construction updates.' Highly recommend them if you enjoy suspense, plot twists (Tower 8 launch), and indefinite waiting (extended deadline) games! 🎭⭐

Worst experience with lodha...disappointed with the experience of Lodha Giardino, especially regarding the significant delay in possession. The project timelines promised during booking have not been honored, and there has been a lack of clear communication and accountability from the developer. This delay has caused considerable financial strain, as we are forced to manage both rent and EMIs simultaneously, which was never part of the original plan. Additionally, the actual garden and open spaces appear much smaller than what was showcased in the promotional materials. The expectations set during sales presentations do not match the reality on-site, which feels misleading. Overall, the combination of delayed possession, financial stress, and underwhelming amenities has made this a frustrating experience. I hope the developer takes responsibility, improves transparency, and ensures timely completion for the sake of current and future buyers.

Over 90% of the payment has already been made, yet there have been no proper status updates from the developer. Since I’m not based in India, I even tried reaching out through NRI support, but received no response there either. The RM rarely bothers to reply, and there is absolutely no transparency on what’s going on. Completely left in the dark throughout the process. Very disappointing experience.

Possession delayed without any communication from Lodha Team. Original information conveyed regarding the possession date ( Dec-25 for Tower 5), number of towers (7 towers) , MLCP ( number of floors) were all incorrect.
