Project Reviews

Lodha Corinthia is truly shaping up to be a one-of-a-kind development. The design language and overall planning are aligning beautifully with the Art Deco theme promised by Lodha, and you can already see that vision coming to life. There has been a lot of discussion around Wing 8. Based on discussions with the sales team and what was shown at the head office, there seems to be a possibility of changes in that zone, although this is not clearly reflected in official plans yet. Some of the standout aspects of the project are the efficiency of the layouts they are far better planned compared to many other offerings in the vicinity. The unit planning also leans premium, with features like ~5–6 ft decks, well-sized bathrooms (minimum ~5 ft x 8 ft), and well-proportioned bedrooms (~10’6’’ x 12 ft and above). The 4-to-a-core planning with high-speed lifts (~3 m/s) further enhances privacy and overall living experience. That said, transparency is an area where Lodha could improve. Certain details, especially related to Wing 8 and the entry/exit planning, are still not clearly reflected in their official plans, which creates some ambiguity for buyers. To Sales Team- You carry a strong brand, keep it honest. Don’t sugarcoat or overcomplicate things; clarity builds trust faster than anything else. You’re offering a solid, differentiated product in a competitive market own that positioning and communicate it clearly. That’s how you attract the right buyers. At this stage, it does feel a bit like taking a bet, it could go either way. I’ve taken that bet, and it will be interesting to see how it plays out. Overall, if Lodha delivers on what has been promised, this project has the potential to become one of the most premium developments in the area.
One of the best value for money project in the micro market, especially in comparison to Adani Airica and Runwal Bliss & Avenue. The only positive for Adani Airica is it is right outside the upcoming metro station on lbs Marg. But the project is not that attractive and priced too high comparatively. Additionally , at Runwal the construction quality was very mediocre and average. Also, the feedback about foul smell of dumping ground was very strong even on top floors.
There is no entry and exit route. The agents will show you the flat from the Living Point society but it's not that so. Plus foul smell coming from dumping ground, vast slum pickets would welcome you.
I genuinely visited this project found it very expensive, over priced. Highly, polluted area, highly congested area-traffic and traffic, everytime choked 🚦. Moreover, I am sharing the photograph, pls see. Maharashtra Government should seriously take some steps.
We visited Lodha Corinthia multiple times, each visit prompted by what appeared to be promising quotes, cost sheets, and payment plans shared by the sales team. Unfortunately, each time ended in disappointment due to major discrepancies between the information provided beforehand and what was actually presented on-site. Despite informing the team that we were trying to avoid visits due to a family health concern, they continued to insist, claiming limited-time offers and that prices would rise post quarter-end. Once on-site, we were told there had been a "technical error" while sharing the cost sheet or "miscommunication" between sourcing and closing manager. Given the shared cost sheet clearly states the floor, unit, carpet details, not sure how the system generated the wrong cost sheet which would have been ideally authorised also by seniors before reaching me. This happened repeatedly, pointing to either poor internal coordination or a deliberate attempt to lure buyers under false pretenses. It’s especially disheartening that this experience came from Lodha — a brand known for its credibility. We expected a more professional and respectful approach, particularly when dealing with senior citizens with health concerns. There was also a lack of clarity on future development. Questions around road encroachment and the additional structure planned beyond Tower 8 — as seen in the RERA filing — were addressed with vague or evasive responses. This further eroded our confidence in the project. We hope Lodha's management takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency, internal alignment, and empathy in its sales process. Buyers deserve honest and consistent communication, and not misleading information.

Quite expensive as expected. The locality is actually Mohammed Wadi and not NIBM so you will find particular community dominance though now it's developing into a Cosmo locality with several projects coming up. Rooms are supposed to be quite spacious but it's still under development and can only be seen once it's completed. The price however was found to be pretty high compared to the floor space.

We have booked unit in one of the towers in Lodha NIBM, with committed possession date of 30-Dec-24, which is also visible on their customer care portal. However the tower is no where near completion, we don't have any official communication from anyone about revised possession date, calls to their customer support desk are in vain. They have taken 98% of money but no one is helping with any updates. Their project completion date in Rera is of 2026, they are making false promises for earlier possession dates and leveraging rera date as their defence during any queries for possession. Would NOT recommend anyone to go for this project and experience frustration and delays like we have.

This review is specially for the Lodha Sales team. Kishore Patil, Nisha Agarwal and Rohit. Including the entire sales team. We have recently booked a 2 bhk in Pune NIBM and we had a good experience in connecting with them. The entire plan, site, facilities was explained really well. We had a smooth transition. Also the hospitality at Lodha was a great experience. Every time we came we were treated well with utmost respect and a comforting hospitality. After doing the booking , everytime I had a query it was answered without any hindrances. This is our first property at Lodha and we are glad we took this decision. Once again thank you so much. The experience is highly regarded. With Gratitude, Nisha Iyer.
