I had a very disappointing experience with Lodha regarding my home purchase. The payment delay in my case was primarily due to the slow processing by the Bank Loan team, and this was communicated to the Lodha team at the time. Despite the delay being beyond my control, Lodha still charged me interest for the delayed payment. What is even more disappointing is the double standard. At the time of booking, possession was promised by March 2026, but it has now been revised to March 2027, resulting in a one-year delay from Lodha's side. If customers are expected to pay interest for delays, even when caused by banking processes, shouldn't the builder also compensate customers for delays in handing over possession? Many homebuyers continue paying EMIs while also bearing the cost of rent because of such delays. Genuine circumstances were not considered, and the approach felt one-sided. I hope Lodha adopts a more balanced and customer-friendly approach by taking responsibility for delays at their end just as they expect customers to take responsibility for theirs. I sincerely hope this feedback encourages Lodha to improve its customer service, communication, and fairness in dealing with homebuyers.

Had visited the lodha sales office in the premise, my sales Rm ms. Ankita mathur, was very professional and explained in detailed manner the project, it's highlights and it's potential. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a purchase in real-estate, visit once before making a decision.

Project is SRA , And construction is taking longer time , builder commitment is March 2026 but in Rera it’s December 2027, if you want to wait longer time , then it’s a good project

Unit buyers are not even aware that project is delayed. Customers are still being informed that tower 1 will be delivered by mar 26 which is not at all achievable. They had committed for Mar 26 and said lodha is known for early delivery so it will be delivered by dec 25. People bought homes and paid premium prices considering the brand Lodha. However, its a total betray. There is no transparency. Lodha team has still not confirmed the exact delivery date. There is no compensation for delayed delivery and you are rather told that there is grace period of 18 months on RERA. Its very disheartening as it will have substantial adverse financial impact on pockets considering mumbai rentals.

We just visited location at vikhroli and was greeted by a lady sales manager.. when we asked questions regarding the layout she told us the price and was condescending about it like u cannot afford it.. Her attitude about the whole situation was uncalled for. It is really not expected from such a prestigious builder.
