The sales team is very polite until you pay the booking amount, then they stop responding, give misleading information, and don't honor their commitments. The biggest concern is the payment plan. Sales executives promised possession by December 2027, but the builder has clearly mentioned December 2028 in bold in the official documents. If possession is still 2.5 years away, why are they collecting nearly 80% of the payment so early? I strongly recommend that buyers do not trust verbal promises. Get every commitment in writing. The sales team's only goal seems to be selling the flat—once the booking is done, you're on your own. Very poor customer experience.
