Heard a lot about Kohinoor hence visited the site with great expectations. The amenities, the plan and all looks good so far. The phase 1 is nearing completion and phase 2 booking is on full swing.

Before booking and registration, the sales team is very polite, listens to all your concerns, and makes several promises. However, once you are committed, their attitude changes drastically, and interactions can become rude and unhelpful. After booking a flat in Phase 1, I've regretted the decision for the past year. Updates are often delayed, and many promises made during booking are not fulfilled. We were promised possession by Dec 2025, but communication and transparency have been disappointing. Even after booking, customers are not allowed to enter the society premises to check the construction progress and updates. My advice to prospective buyers: do thorough research, get all commitments in writing, and be cautious when purchasing an under-construction property. In my experience, a ready-to-move flat is a safer option.

Extremely Disappointed with Delayed Possession & Poor Response I am writing this review as an investor who trusted the commitments made by the builder at the time of purchase. I was clearly promised possession of my flat by 4th September 2025. However, it is now February 2026, and I still have not received possession. There has been no proper communication, no accountability, and no transparent explanation regarding the delay. What is more disappointing is the complete lack of response from the builder’s team. Calls and messages are either ignored or met with vague assurances that are never followed by action. As an investor, timely possession is extremely important — whether for rental income, resale planning, or financial commitments. The continuous delay has caused financial stress and uncertainty. When we invested, we relied on the builder’s promises and timelines. Unfortunately, those promises have not been honored. Customer support has been highly unprofessional. Instead of resolving issues, they avoid addressing concerns. There is no proactive update, no clear revised possession date, and no sense of responsibility toward buyers. I strongly advise future buyers and investors to thoroughly verify commitments before investing. At this stage, I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and the way buyers are being treated. I hope the builder takes responsibility, improves transparency, and starts respecting the trust customers place in them.

I had a very good experience with Kohinoor Kaleido Phase I. The construction quality is excellent, and the overall planning of the project is impressive. The amenities are well-designed, well-maintained, and provide a premium living experience. What impressed me the most is that most of the commitments made during the booking stage have been delivered as promised. The project offers good quality finishes, thoughtful layouts, and a comfortable lifestyle environment. The entire experience has been smooth and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Kohinoor Kaleido Phase I to anyone looking for a quality residential project with modern amenities and reliable delivery.

Future Buyers Beware, what looks good from outside is hollow from inside. 1. Took our hard earned full money 95% and its 2 years since we are paying rent + emi. Promised delivery on 2025 but seems like even 2027 looks uncertain. 2. They changed the RERA plan STP, transformer all location changed.Multiple cases are pending against them by phase 1 owners. 3. There is no separate MHADA entry they even sell MHADA tower flats as normal flats 4. The CRM team including the head is basically goondas hired in the garb of white collar jobs. 5. No transparency, we are not allowed to inspect only god knows if they are mixing cement with salt. 6. For the road they have not paid to Panchshil and every time one gets humiliated when the guard rejects kohinoor owners. Initially they paid some rent at the launch to use the road, but long term it's gonna end like Manjari township where school bus won't be allowed to enter.
