Visited the Ace Atmosphere site near Mukai Chowk, Ravet. The project planning and 30+ modern amenities (especially the rooftop skywalks and sports setups) look very promising. Special mention to the sales team Mrs Anuja Sukre for a transparent walkthrough of the sample flats and cost breakdown. Great option for premium living in PCMC!
Visited the Jamthani Ace Atmosphere project recently, and I must say it is highly impressive! The project layout, amenities, and overall planning look exceptional and well-thought-out. A special thanks to the sales professional, Chirag, who assisted us during our visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and explained all the project details, pricing, and future prospects very clearly. Great project and excellent customer service! Highly recommended.
ACE ATMOSPHERE is amazing project. Project plan is awesome and very nice. Which is located in heart of 'Ravet'. This location offers convenience and accessibility. Supportive staff specifically Chirag and Jyotsna and Vijay who helped me in since start till the date… I would like to recommend you to visit the place and see the elegance. But offering single parking even for 3BHK Flat is not realistic and not aligned with ground reality considering purpose of buying 3 BHK Flat by any family.
Very disappointed with the after-sales service. The CRM team simply doesn't seem to care about customers once the contract is signed. Communication has been poor, and getting updates has been frustrating. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. I hope the builder improves its customer service and takes post-handover concerns more seriously.
Project plan is awesome and very nice. But offering single parking even for 3BHK Flat is not realistic and not aligned with ground reality considering purpose of buying 3 BHK Flat by any family. Requesting extra parking to buy, no positive response. This need to understand by any common builder.

We were very happy to receive the school bag with a lovely cartoon print and our daughter's name on it. The bag is of very good quality, and having her name on it made it even more special. She was so excited to see her own name on the bag and couldn't wait to use it. Thank you, Rising Stars, for this thoughtful and wonderful gift. It brought a big smile to our daughter's face!

We had such an amazing experience with the Rising Stars initiative by Jhamtani! The team went above and beyond, and the personalized bag with my child's name and custom cartoon illustration was such a thoughtful, high-quality touch. The entire team was so welcoming, creative, and professional. Anup sir and ma'am handover the bag to my son at our home. Thank you for hosting such a memorable event.
