I am a proud owner of not one, but two flats in this project, and I have been residing here for almost two years. The project is still not fully completed, but I can clearly see what it is going to become. What I like most is the location. It is one of the best and most premium locations in Andheri, with excellent connectivity, the main road, metro, upcoming sea link, markets, schools, colleges and major healthcare facilities all nearby. I also own properties in several reputed and prestigious projects, and I can confidently say that every project has its own set of issues. No society or building is perfect. We should not crib about every problem or, worse, downgrade our own project because of it. Instead, we should identify the issues and collectively work towards correcting and improving them. In fact, I bought my second flat in the same project because I believe in the location, the project and its future value. I know what this location and project can become in the coming years. Let’s acknowledge the problems, but let’s also appreciate what we have and work together to make it better. A good society is not created by a perfect project—it is created by people who care enough to improve it.

DONT BUY ! DONT RENT EVEN FREE! It is the worst place you will ever come across. Its worser than a slum. Very Bad drainage systems , Major Plumbing Issues. Major Electrical Issues, Continuous tripping , Leakages from ceilings , Club facilities non functioning, Bad building maintenance. The drainage pipes of the toilet in the flat above your flat are accessible from the false ceiling of your bathroom .We had urine dripping into our bathroom from the drainage pipes above the false ceiling of our bathroom. I can go on and on . RUN WHILE YOU CAN . I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR ALL THE ABOVE.

All the positive reviews are by brokers. I am Owner of the flat here. The builder, The management, the Deals, all are always in a limbo. Dont go by any oral promises. Complete misguidance about the amenities, and construction of the site. Amenities are zero, parking is under mess, it is like living in a construction site. No responsibility and none of the promises are fulfilled. The managers of the property are all talk and no show. Look for a better house if looking at this budget. or buy after 4 years

Dont buy this property as the propreitor and his team have been misleading the existing owners by not providing any ameneties and required services.Hubtown team makes false promises to buyers while selling the flats.Almost all owners of the flats who have moved in are now repenting their decision of buying the apartment here.
