Too many street dogs inside the premises , they bite the locals quite often but nothing can be done . Very tiny gym for 19 buildings of 23 floor with 4 house in each floor. Also gym is not for all, tenants have to pay , Its strictly for owner n his blood relation member who are staying. No playground for children wch is the major issue people are facing.

The Marina Enclave Garden on the podium and the Ground Floor has not been maintained. Out of two family swings, one is broken. Out of three swings for kids, two is broken. The climbing rope is in shambles. The duck merry go round needs replacement. Hope the builder and society teams take notice and have this maintained for the kids.

One of the coolest infrastructure in Malad/Kandivali region. Great amenities. Cozy environment and peaceful nights away from traffic noise. Biggest drawback is presence of stray dogs in society. Their numbers are ever increasing and builder is not at all bothered about this. This is not at great as there has been rising incidents of stray dogs attack especially on kids.

Good locality. Large space is available on podium & ground floor for morning /evening walk. Amazing health club and swimming pool facilities are available. Parks - children play ground are available. Extreme Area of concern in the society premises : Large number of stray dogs are moving 24x7 days in entire building premises. Of late, these dogs become furious and attack the persons / kids on the podium, ground floor , basement parking areas of Wing A to Wing P. In last few years, there are 10-15 cases of dog biting in the area. In spite of referring these undesired/ unwanted incidents to the builder, development/ progress on this matter is yet to be visible. Very recently, on 29th Oct 25 at around 08:20 AM, during my morning walk, I had been bitten by one dog on the podium. Builder may like to take appropriate actions to avoid incidents / cases of repeated dog biting as sometimes such incident may lead to fatal.

Marina Enclave is a beautiful gated community with all modern amenities. Garden, walking path, swimming pool and gymnasium are a huge highlight for this property. Various cultural festivals organised here give a sense of community around us. Ample of visitor parking is available and security gives entry only via app approvals. The complex is close to Billabong international school and it’s a peaceful society with a lot of good vibes.
