SUCH A DISASTROUS PLACE TO RENT A SHOP!!! Take some time out to read my review on this commercial property which we rented out in the year 2024. If you are hunting or looking around to rent a commercial space, kindly DO NOT RENT THIS ONE 👎 This space is poor , pathetic , unhygienic , zero footfall , no commercial lighting across for you to run a business forget getting any new customers into your shop. We have sued the commercial owners regarding the same and so called renowned builder “GODREJ” There has been a recent theft inside a commercial shop due to lack of good security locking facility. The restrooms are stinking for any women to use in urgency. Shops have internal leakage issues ongoing since 2 years now. The rented shop onwers are vacating due to low footfall and higher rental demands. The surroundings around the shops are unhygienic, house keeping doesn’t clean it on regular basis. The rents are too high and all shops are vacant due to these mentioned issues. RISK IT IF YOU WANT TO STILL PROCEED RENTING A SHOP HERE If i could rate this commercial, i would rate it into minus 👎👎👎👎

Absolute fraud space. The commercial shops are a joke. No parking facility (which was promised when selling). No maintenance, no proper lighting and mainly NO CUSTOMER FOOTFALL ( also highly promised while selling) They expect Hiranandani level rent with absolutely no facilities, no cleanliness, nothing. Toilets are NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE especially for elderly people. And for 88 shops there are only 7 toilets for women. That too not maintained. Constant Wet floors, dirty seats, stinking, dusty. Regret renting shop here when there are much better facilities at lesser rates and more footfall. So many shops have shut in a span of 5 months. Absolutely shameful management for such a big name. All the owners putting false praises on reviews on Google… DO NOT BE FOOLED!!

It's like a chawl, all buildings in one straight line, no wonder why because it's located in a slum / chawl locality. The view is also no doubt depressing. Even if it was offered to me free to stay, I will not go and stay there. There are much better complexes such as Raheja Vihar, Lake Homes, and of course Hiranandani and to an extent some Nahar societies. Only a person who is desperate or doesn't understand the locality would end up here. Extremely depressing space!

After seeing the ratings i was a bit reluctant about the society. Then when I read the negative reviews they were mostly about the sales team n possession related. So I thought of giving it a shot and visited the society had chat with few residents and realised it's a good society aminities are also ready and accessible. But In future if I feel any cons about the society I will update the review. Update: godrej CRM team sucks at doing their work. Top management should look why CRM team is so incompetent and ruining the reputation of the builder. 2. People please teach some manners to your kids. I hope everyone is educated or getting better education. so please learn and teach your children to behave properly in society. Coz I have seen teenagers jumping in the lift and pressing multiple buttons.
