Very disappointing experience with Godrej Gale. We were among the first 500 buyers to book a flat, yet the registration has already been delayed by over 5 months. The reason given is that they have not received parking approval from Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. If approvals were not in place, why were bookings opened in the first place? This raises serious concerns about transparency. What is even more frustrating is that despite the delay being entirely from their side, we have started receiving pre-termination and termination warnings, as if the delay is caused by us. This is extremely stressful for a buyer, especially when a significant amount of money is already invested. As first-time homebuyers, this experience has been deeply disappointing and has shaken our trust. We were even considering investing further in the same project for our parents, but thankfully we started with a smaller investment to check how the team cares for the customers. Overall, this experience has made us reconsider any future association with Godrej projects in Pune.

Worst management, they are there jus for taking money from people. When they wanted me to buy the property they called like every day and once that is done then no where to be found. There words are worthless. Took more than 6 months to return my money and some people are still stuck.

Though the project looked good on paper during pre-launch, especially with the promise of a direct access to 12 acre greens. But i cant say the same post booking due to following reasons- - They have launched a new project right in front, completely blocking the view of central greens. This was not disclosed during Gale's pre launch, neither by sales staff nor in their township plan map (see how they smartly used grey color, and not the yellow color to hide this in attached pic). It also makes the vicinity congested. - I am still waiting for my registry docs which was concluded 2 months back. The RM never responds. No one cares to respond on mail escalations either. - Overall 0 empathy for customers. We are simply a money minting machine for godrej. The entire focus is on fooling the prospective buyers for the next pre launch.

The model flat is good, however, the bedrooms are too small. You can't keep anything besides the queen size. It won't take a twin beds
