I think it is over priced project. Discounts of more than Crore are offered. It is a legacy brand but its construction quality has turned worst. I don't see any Godrej project delivered with Superior quality in Pune. Each project had quality issues raised and barely were addressed. 50 Commercial/Shops in a residential project and they call it luxury project, somehow didn't make sense to me. Think twice before buying.
Project is good but their staff shikha rungta is very rude and ill mannered. Never seen such an arrogant sales person, specially in real estate.
Prime location, beautiful upcoming property.

Never ever invest your hard earned money with Godrej Properties, at any of their sites. They are worse than local builder. Delayed possession- They shamelessly cross Rera dates as well without any guilt, poor construction quality, poor relationship manager

Extremely Disappointed with Refund Process I had booked a flat with Godrej Properties ( Parkridge - Kharadi Manjari ) and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my refund has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their team, there is no clarity, no timeline, and absolutely no accountability. This delay has caused me tremendous mental stress, and more importantly, my funds are stuck – which is now affecting my ability to invest in another property. The situation is also creating unnecessary conflicts within my family, which could have been completely avoided if Godrej Properties acted professionally. For a brand that claims to be customer-centric and trustworthy, this is a shameful experience. I expected far better from a reputed name like Godrej. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter legally and lodge a complaint with consumer court. Buyers beware – if you're considering booking a flat with Godrej, know that your money may not come back easily if things don’t go as planned. I hope someone from the management sees this and takes urgent action.

Think twice, and please do thorough research before buying any flat with Godrej properties. We purchased a flat in Godrej Green Vistas, Hinjawadi. Despite paying 98% by 2024 and receiving the OC in March 2023, we still haven’t received possession as of mid-2025. We’ve been following up with Godrej teams daily—spending 5–6 hours at their offices—yet have received no clear answers. If you're considering buying from Godrej, be prepared for delays, frustration, and zero accountability.
