Good Project, Connectivity is superb if you compare the time required to reach the locations like hanging bridge,Bhumkar bridge,Hinjewadi, quite place not far from city still close to nature , Construction quality is superb. Flat sizes are also excellent it will be a far better decision and value for money product if compared with local projects in the vincinity. sales team is very professional and supportive

Fraud Alert: Mr. Rahul from the Loyalty Team appears to be involved in fraudulent activities with customers. We had referred a friend as a customer, and during their purchase and booking, we were assured that we would receive the loyalty benefits. While filling out the form, he asked us to leave the referral section blank, saying that he would personally ensure we received the amount as customers. However, he later changed his statement and denied it. It also appears that he directed the amount to NoBroker and might have earned his own commission of around ₹40,000. We are owners at Serene, and our friend made their purchase at Godrej Forest Grove. We are expecting the higher authorities to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action at the earliest.

Visited Godrej Serene and was quite impressed with the overall project layout, location, and the quality of amenities being offered. The site has great connectivity and the brand’s reputation adds confidence. The team was professional and explained everything clearly.

Our experience with Godrej Serene since booking a flat on March 29th has been extremely frustrating. Initially, despite numerous follow-ups, we received no clear guidance on the agreement process. After 27 days of consistently slow progress from their CRM team, particularly Mr. Omkar, we opted to cancel our booking. It's noteworthy that the agreement letter was promptly sent only after our cancellation decision. We've decided not to proceed with the purchase due to the unprofessional conduct of their team. Although Godrej's policy promises a refund of the booking amount within 45 days, this timeframe has now over. For the past five days, our repeated attempts to reach both the salesperson (Mr. Yash) and CRM representative (Mr. Omkar) have gone unanswered, with no calls returned or emails acknowledged. This lack of responsiveness and general attitude is highly disappointing, especially from a developer of Godrej's standing. I would recommend not to spend your hard earned my here.

Do not trust on sales team (Poornima Pathak) who she is tries to grab the customer with wrong commitment.
