STOP! DO NOT BUY I booked a 3BHK Flat in Godrej Aqua Vista and also paid 5.5% of booking amount. I raised cancellation request after 12days and after that I’ll unable to contact site head. They are denying to refund I waited for 60days of SLA but still don’t hear anything from them. I tried contacting Godrej support through GPL app but they are connecting to Pre sell department. They refuse to meet even when I’m going to sales office. If you don’t have any intention to cancel and have after sale support number of Godrej then only purchase but don’t expect their behaviour to be same as before sale. Godrej is no more a brand, sales person runs Godrej here.
Dont believe on what Godrej representative person say to you. They only lie. Do not get in their trap. Almost there is going to be 5 years and road, water ,electricity and security are issues.
Good property , best for investment purpose or to stay if do not have schoolgoing children or elders at home.
Booked a flat in river crest kahardi pune. At the time of booking promised the project work will start in end of feb2025, Writing review in Sept 2025, work progress is zero. Godrej is only interested in selling the units, not in construction.
People who invested in 2019,20 are already having doubled the value of the Flat... Common amenities are very good. Let's hope for better road connectivity at earliest...

Never ever invest your hard earned money with Godrej Properties, at any of their sites. They are worse than local builder. Delayed possession- They shamelessly cross Rera dates as well without any guilt, poor construction quality, poor relationship manager

Extremely Disappointed with Refund Process I had booked a flat with Godrej Properties ( Parkridge - Kharadi Manjari ) and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my refund has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their team, there is no clarity, no timeline, and absolutely no accountability. This delay has caused me tremendous mental stress, and more importantly, my funds are stuck – which is now affecting my ability to invest in another property. The situation is also creating unnecessary conflicts within my family, which could have been completely avoided if Godrej Properties acted professionally. For a brand that claims to be customer-centric and trustworthy, this is a shameful experience. I expected far better from a reputed name like Godrej. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter legally and lodge a complaint with consumer court. Buyers beware – if you're considering booking a flat with Godrej, know that your money may not come back easily if things don’t go as planned. I hope someone from the management sees this and takes urgent action.

Think twice, and please do thorough research before buying any flat with Godrej properties. We purchased a flat in Godrej Green Vistas, Hinjawadi. Despite paying 98% by 2024 and receiving the OC in March 2023, we still haven’t received possession as of mid-2025. We’ve been following up with Godrej teams daily—spending 5–6 hours at their offices—yet have received no clear answers. If you're considering buying from Godrej, be prepared for delays, frustration, and zero accountability.
