Location is just next to Sonapur Red Light Area. No offense but a mosque is nearby, so you will get noise issues Samshaan is just opposite to the main gate. The road is always flooded during monsoon.

Hello to the team Godrej nurture at Bhandup, i had visited the site on 18/4 with a cp, i did found the project exactly the Godrej way as they deliver, trusted builders on India for almost on time completion , Nurture is situated on a good location with much of openness at site with views I was on site attended by MS SIMRAN, who very Nicely gave me a tour and gave me every possible insights of the project without any filters as usually other developers do to market there projects Best wishes to team Godrej and MS SIMRAN
Stalled project. In last two years, the project has just reached second slab. 1% monthly payment plan is a scam. You keep on paying without any construction progress on site. It's their way to do sales and get the money without any construction.
Sales team having more ego, Dhara Gandhi doesn’t have respect to meet customers she is totally sugar coated, the sales guy like Sufiyan who under estimates the customer for the monetary & telling them you can not buy the house.. Poor sales team. Till date no response from sales team. Today the misunderstanding gap resolved by Dhara Gandhi. Now issue resolved. Thanks Dhara Gandhi😊 Actually Godrej team sales as well as CRM both don’t know to deal with customers.

Never ever invest your hard earned money with Godrej Properties, at any of their sites. They are worse than local builder. Delayed possession- They shamelessly cross Rera dates as well without any guilt, poor construction quality, poor relationship manager

Extremely Disappointed with Refund Process I had booked a flat with Godrej Properties ( Parkridge - Kharadi Manjari ) and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my refund has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their team, there is no clarity, no timeline, and absolutely no accountability. This delay has caused me tremendous mental stress, and more importantly, my funds are stuck – which is now affecting my ability to invest in another property. The situation is also creating unnecessary conflicts within my family, which could have been completely avoided if Godrej Properties acted professionally. For a brand that claims to be customer-centric and trustworthy, this is a shameful experience. I expected far better from a reputed name like Godrej. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter legally and lodge a complaint with consumer court. Buyers beware – if you're considering booking a flat with Godrej, know that your money may not come back easily if things don’t go as planned. I hope someone from the management sees this and takes urgent action.

Think twice, and please do thorough research before buying any flat with Godrej properties. We purchased a flat in Godrej Green Vistas, Hinjawadi. Despite paying 98% by 2024 and receiving the OC in March 2023, we still haven’t received possession as of mid-2025. We’ve been following up with Godrej teams daily—spending 5–6 hours at their offices—yet have received no clear answers. If you're considering buying from Godrej, be prepared for delays, frustration, and zero accountability.
