A luxurious project launched by Godrej. The employees are super friendly and super awesome. Located at Waghbil naka the place has its own supreme vibes. Being near the highway it is one of the best places in Thane to book your dream house. Godrej is the name you don't think twice. Just visit there and have a look at the project. Meet Mr. Purooshottam Singh on site and tell him that Pankaj Dharne gave his reference.
Recently took possession in one of the projects of godrej, they just lie about everything, all false promises. Leakages in lifts and lobby- pathetic construction quality No compound walls- countless stray dogs in campus Not all amenities started even though they have taken money in advance. Godrej should change there name to garbage properties
I was looking for a luxurious appartment in Thane. I did a lot of research on Google, and my friends suggested many apartments. I visited those apartments and finally fell in love with Godrej Exquisite Tower. The rooms are spacious, good amenities, and enhanced connectivity to Ghodbunder Road and Mumbai-Nashik highway made me choose this tower. I’m happy to have bought my dream home here....
I came across an ad about the Godrej Exquisite project near the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The place promises rooftop pool, clubhouse & spa Jacuzzi. It has good connectivity too as it is centrally located. We are super excited to see this dream project take its shape.
As Godrej is a brand, that's why I invested in Godrej Exquisite. I had good experience at site. I invested in Tower 2-922 in 2023, because of the Yeoor hills facing and my RM is Nasreen. She is very helpful as well as manager-Nehali also guided me very well throughout the project.

Never ever invest your hard earned money with Godrej Properties, at any of their sites. They are worse than local builder. Delayed possession- They shamelessly cross Rera dates as well without any guilt, poor construction quality, poor relationship manager

Extremely Disappointed with Refund Process I had booked a flat with Godrej Properties ( Parkridge - Kharadi Manjari ) and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my refund has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their team, there is no clarity, no timeline, and absolutely no accountability. This delay has caused me tremendous mental stress, and more importantly, my funds are stuck – which is now affecting my ability to invest in another property. The situation is also creating unnecessary conflicts within my family, which could have been completely avoided if Godrej Properties acted professionally. For a brand that claims to be customer-centric and trustworthy, this is a shameful experience. I expected far better from a reputed name like Godrej. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter legally and lodge a complaint with consumer court. Buyers beware – if you're considering booking a flat with Godrej, know that your money may not come back easily if things don’t go as planned. I hope someone from the management sees this and takes urgent action.

Think twice, and please do thorough research before buying any flat with Godrej properties. We purchased a flat in Godrej Green Vistas, Hinjawadi. Despite paying 98% by 2024 and receiving the OC in March 2023, we still haven’t received possession as of mid-2025. We’ve been following up with Godrej teams daily—spending 5–6 hours at their offices—yet have received no clear answers. If you're considering buying from Godrej, be prepared for delays, frustration, and zero accountability.
