My family and I chose this property based on specific commitments made by the sales team, but the reality post-agreement has been a complete lack of accountability. ​During the sales process for our 3BHK, we were explicitly promised that, in line with government EV initiatives, one of our two allotted parking spaces would be EV-enabled. This was a significant factor in our decision to purchase. However, now that the booking and agreement process is complete, we have discovered that the spot allotted to us is not EV-enabled. ​When we raised this discrepancy, the management's response was deeply unhelpful and dismissive. It is shocking to realize that commitments made during the booking phase are disregarded once the paperwork is signed. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor clear promises has been extremely frustrating. ​If you are considering buying here, do not rely on any verbal assurances. Ensure every single promise—especially regarding parking and amenities—is explicitly written into the agreement, or you may find yourself in the same position as us. Highly disappointed with the service." I would suggest people to get everything in written before the registration process or to record every conversation with them.

It has been over 2 years since the booking, yet not a single brick has been laid at the site. At the time of booking, I was given assurances and promises by your marketing team regarding project timelines and development. I now realize I was misled by this false propaganda, which trapped me into investing my hard-earned savings into a non-existent project. To date, I have already paid approximately 75% of the total unit cost as per your demand schedules. Furthermore, under the current payment plan, my financial obligations are scheduled to reach 97% by September 2026. It is completely unacceptable and financially distressing to continue making these heavy payments for a project that shows zero physical progress on the ground. I now find myself in a helpless situation and deeply regret my decision to trust the Godrej Properties brand.

Dont buy properties with Godrej developers. Check the quality and delay in other projects like Godrej Forest Grove, Mamurdi. We are waiting since 7 years but the project is not yet completed. Every year builder gets RERA extension. If you dont want to spend your time fighting them in courts better avoid Godrej at all costs.

Great location! I have not seen such a good location in the apartments I have stayed before. Really good experience when I visited the project, one of its kind around here. Good hospitality. Good product. Felt really nice with the service I got. Recommended if one is looking for a premium lifestyle product.

Worst experience I had with Godrej. I have booked the token amount of 1Lacks. Due to a certain issue I was cancelled. They said you will get a refund in just 2 days after cancellation. I have sent the cancellation email but they haven't responded yet. Now almost one month over sell's executives are not picking a call not giving any response. I visited 2 times and they are just lying and saying our team went to Switzerland for a party celebration. Did they enjoying the party from our hard earned money? So Called a brand....it's the worst experience from Godrej. Please don't buy it as it has a lot of issues.
