Ideal Gated Community Living plots. We are presently Designing a Bungalow Project for one of our esteemed client who has purchased a property here.
I would strongly advise against choosing Godrej Real Estate, particularly Eden Estate. I paid a token amount of ₹2 lakhs, before launching and it took them seven months to process the refund. The relationship managers were completely unresponsive—once I decided to cancel the booking, they stopped taking my calls altogether. I had to visit their office every other day just to follow up on the refund. I had assumed that Godrej, being a reputed brand, would offer a smooth and professional experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite.
Godrej Eden Estate offers beautiful sun-facing villa plots with a perfect layout for modern living. The location is great, with schools and hospitals nearby, making it ideal for families.
The villa plots at Godrej Eden Estate are not only spacious but also strategically located. The area is calm, and the team was very professional in handling my queries.
My experience with Godrej Eden Estate was seamless. The management made the entire process easy and stress-free. The location is promising, and it’s great to see such professionalism from the team. A good investment for the future.

Never ever invest your hard earned money with Godrej Properties, at any of their sites. They are worse than local builder. Delayed possession- They shamelessly cross Rera dates as well without any guilt, poor construction quality, poor relationship manager

Extremely Disappointed with Refund Process I had booked a flat with Godrej Properties ( Parkridge - Kharadi Manjari ) and later had to cancel it due to personal reasons. It has now been over 3 weeks, and my refund has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their team, there is no clarity, no timeline, and absolutely no accountability. This delay has caused me tremendous mental stress, and more importantly, my funds are stuck – which is now affecting my ability to invest in another property. The situation is also creating unnecessary conflicts within my family, which could have been completely avoided if Godrej Properties acted professionally. For a brand that claims to be customer-centric and trustworthy, this is a shameful experience. I expected far better from a reputed name like Godrej. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter legally and lodge a complaint with consumer court. Buyers beware – if you're considering booking a flat with Godrej, know that your money may not come back easily if things don’t go as planned. I hope someone from the management sees this and takes urgent action.

Think twice, and please do thorough research before buying any flat with Godrej properties. We purchased a flat in Godrej Green Vistas, Hinjawadi. Despite paying 98% by 2024 and receiving the OC in March 2023, we still haven’t received possession as of mid-2025. We’ve been following up with Godrej teams daily—spending 5–6 hours at their offices—yet have received no clear answers. If you're considering buying from Godrej, be prepared for delays, frustration, and zero accountability.
