Very disappointed with the delay in the Gagan Klara project. The promised completion target was March 2023, but even in 2026 the project is still incomplete and OC has not been received. Progress has been extremely slow, causing major inconvenience and uncertainty for buyers. Expected much better commitment and transparency from the builder.

Sharing this here as it is important for stakeholders and prospective buyers to be aware of recent developments. As has often been observed in similar situations, such posts or images tend to be taken down over time, so sharing the full write-up here for continued reference. In a strong move against errant builders, MahaRERA has intensified action and directed district collectors to directly attach properties and recover money for homebuyers. The crackdown comes following complaints filed by Siddharth M. Palesha against M/s Gagan Promoters and Developers, represented by Rahul Garg. According to sources, after examining the complaints, MahaRERA issued recovery warrants to the concerned district collectors to initiate attachment proceedings against the builder’s properties. The move aims to ensure that affected customers receive their dues without further delay. Officials said the authority is now taking a stricter stand in cases where developers fail to comply with refund or compensation orders. Instead of prolonged notices and follow ups, recovery proceedings are being pushed through district administrations. Under the new action plan, collectors have been empowered to seize properties and initiate recovery as arrears of land revenue, significantly increasing pressure on defaulting developers. The development signals a tougher enforcement phase by MahaRERA, with officials indicating that more such actions could follow in pending cases across the state. However, it is equally concerning that the page which initially published this news removed it within a very short span of time. Such actions inevitably raise questions about whether undue pressure or influence may have been exerted to limit public visibility of this development. As affected stakeholders—including not only homebuyers but also landowners who feel they have been misled in the course of their associations—there is a widespread and growing sentiment of frustration after prolonged delays and unresolved commitments. Many have been waiting for years for clarity, accountability, and closure. This action by the authorities is therefore seen as a significant and long-awaited step toward enforcing accountability. There is cautious optimism that due legal processes will now ensure that impacted parties receive what is rightfully owed to them, and that such situations are addressed more decisively going forward. It is hard not to feel that actions which have caused distress to so many will, sooner or later, face their due consequences—whether through the law or the natural course of events.

⚠️ I would strongly advise against investing in properties by Gagan Developers. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The promised possession timeline was 1 year, but even after 4 years, I have still not received possession. For the past 2 years, we have been given repeated and inconsistent reasons for delays, such as lack of plumbers, electricians, and materials. This has been very frustrating, especially considering this is a major financial investment. Buyers trust builders with their hard-earned money, and such delays without accountability are unacceptable. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Please buy from them if you dont want your flat to be delivered on time. And want to work with rude and unpredictable management. And their construction quality will make you wonder if they used construction material or foam.
