Please save your money and energy and rent or buy some other apartment. They will show you the reception and the pool and try to sell you the building . We were sold the place telling us that there will be a shuttle available to use within BKC , in 3 months that service was closed . We were asked to keep anything we like outside the door to make it look nice , after 5 months we were told it’s a safety hazard and we can’t keep anything- their basement is filled of filth cylinders and construction material . The apartments are still getting constructed and hence there is constant drilling noise . The alarms go off multiple times in a day . They don’t clean common areas everyday hence the main gate area is filled with dry leaves , dog poop and other trash . Our kitchen leaked for 5 months and after multiple requests they realised it’s a construction fault and changed the slab . Anything you need they will not have anyone for maintenance and say that the flat has been handed over to the owner . It’s been a pain living here and none of the other tenants which are very few by the way are also ready to leave . We were told they will put pipeline gas in 3 months - it’s been over a year - don’t see it being done till the apartment is full which may never happen on how the experience is . Save yourself and pay your money where it’s worth.I can write another page of issues and go on including rat infestation and ants and spiders even after doing pest control .
