I’m having a great experience with City One and their project. The overall planning and development look very promising, and the construction is actively progressing on site. Their CRM team deserves special appreciation for their prompt responses and continuous follow-ups. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, I received clear communication and proper feedback without unnecessary delays. Although the project timeline has been extended slightly, the team has provided genuine and transparent reasons for the delay. Considering the scale and quality standards they are maintaining, it is understandable that delivering a well-constructed project takes time. I appreciate their commitment to quality over rushing the process. Looking forward to seeing the project completed as per the revised timeline.

Poor management and a careless CRM team with constant false promises. I had raised the issues during my **second PDI**, and at that time I was assured that I could proceed with taking possession of the flat and that all the issues would be resolved within **seven days**. However, it has now been **more than four months**, and the issues are still unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups and several site visits, the CRM and engineering teams have failed to address the problems in a timely manner. It appears that once you take possession of the flat, the team no longer prioritizes or takes responsibility for resolving pending issues. I have never experienced such poor service delivery in any other builder project.

We booked flat in City one sky ve at very early stage. The builder kept his promise and gave us possession (slightly delayed) at a good construction quality.

Update Jan 2026 We took possesion of flat today. Except for small issues here n there, overall we are satisfied with the build quality. ----------- Update sept 2025 We have visited our flat for 1st PDI and we were satisfied with the 1st stage quality what they have given. Waiting for final PDI. ----------- We did booking back in December. We had good experience with sales team and CRM team. Snehal ma'am from sales and Priyanka ma'am Sachin sir from CRM helped us to get all the banking processes done smoothly. Cheers to the team for smooth on-boarding experience.

We had a similar experience after we booked our flat as mentioned by all low rated reviews. Post delivery we have had quite some issue with the quality of the work although they try to resolve them but some things are not resolvable. Kitchen platform slope is reverse, so all the water from basin comes upwards. They have switched the premium fittings like better quality granites with cheap quality granite. Promised bathroom fittings of American standard were replaced by cheaper quality Jaguar fittings. They are taking maintenance per sqft area of the flat, but they have assigned random areas for parking spaces. They say that they haven't taken money for parking allotment but looking at the flat numbers and the corresponding parking spaces, I am sure they have taken extra money for better parking spaces. Many 2 BHK flats have a larger parking area than my parking which is a "3BHK" parking. How is it fair? I have measured the parkings with tapes so no one can deny it. Their CRM team is the worst. They don't reply to any written communication and redirect all their resources to new projects of the same builder. The ready to move projects don't hold any value. Once the money is in their pockets, they don't care.
