I visited Chandak Treesourous located in Malad West and was impressed with its cleanliness, maintenance, and high-security measures in the sales gallery. The well-designed offices and the presence of sample flat, helped me understand the project well. The overall ambiance is quite pleasing. Sales representative was very polite and helpful.

SITE NOT READY FOR VISITORS - GO AT YOUR OWN RISK If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent visit to Chandak Treesourus was shocking due to the complete lack of safety protocols for visitors. Despite the site being under active construction, the sales office has been moved to the 9th floor. We were forced to walk through wet cement and take a shaky service lift crowded with workers and materials. Exiting the lift required jumping a dangerous gap to the building floor. The sales agent, seemed unaware of the correct route, leading us through dead ends and areas with exposed nails, sharp rods, and hanging live wires—a massive safety hazard. When we finally reached the flat, it was underwhelming, and the "East-facing" Vastu claims are actually South-East. The most concerning part was the agent's dismissal of our safety concerns, insisting the site was safe for women and children. This builder has shown a blatant disregard for visitor safety. I strongly advise against visiting until the property is actually ready.
