Before making any purchase decision, I strongly recommend reviewing feedback and experiences shared about 34 Park Estate. The project has faced significant delays and there have been numerous unfulfilled commitments by Chandak. Beyond delays, please take a close look at the construction quality, including the tiles and kitchen fittings — they reflect the reality on the ground. Additionally, several important ownership details are not transparently disclosed in the agreement. For instance, the developer retains ownership of the society premises, including car parking areas, amenities, gardens, staircases, and even the floor lobbies. Take the time to research thoroughly before investing — it will help you make an informed decision. List of Issues Observed in 34 Park Estate After Possession: • Out of the 7 lifts, only one is operational. • Water seeps out from the floor tiles after cleaning the home. • Severe leakage issues persist not only in washrooms but also in kitchens. • The overall construction quality appears to be below expectations, even when compared to nearby local builders. • And unfortunately, the list of issues continues to grow. Lastly you wont be able to sell the property after possession as no buyer will find interest in such pathetic project.
I am requesting the Chandak Team to make some provision for our Old Stray Dogs since all lost their street food home shelters where they used to live for so many years...2 years gone stray dogs don't have shade... please do something for Animals...
Please don't buy before buying you will get all promises after possession there are many issue you can visit chandak nishchay in dahisar East you will come to know chandak service..
Am trying from more than 60 days to get in touch with owner or CEO of company...please help with the same.i need justice with my property gone for redovlpement devolper is chandak groups...please get in touch as sales person is not giving me any resolution for my matter. Am being too patient and hoping Mr Abhayji chandak sir to get in touch or acknowledge my greviance.we are middle class people and we have only our house as our life time property , I am sincerely awaiting for kind co operation and acknowledgment from your end towards this matter /greviance. Worst post-sales service at 34 Park Estate, Chandak. Once you buy the flat, the team stops responding. I have submitted all required documents for Final NOC multiple times, but they are still not sending it and my loan transfer is stuck for weeks. Very poor CRM and sales support. No ownership, no timely response, and no concern for customer inconvenience. Would not recommend buying in this project.

No lifts | No water | Poor construction quality I bought a property in Chandak Nishchay in Dahisar East. The project was delayed by about 18 months compared to the sales team's promise. Anyways, don’t trust the word given by the sales team and the builder representatives. I have been staying in the property for about 5 months now. The major problems are the unavailability of lifts, a shortage of water, and, more importantly, poor construction quality. There are 10 lifts for A and B wings. Out of those 10 lifts, at any given time, only half are operational. The average waiting time is 10-20 minutes during peak times. Despite a 10% water cut by BMC, the residents are getting water for only 4-6 hours a day. The granite blocks are cracked almost everywhere, there is less filling below the tiles, and they make a hollow sound when walking on them.

Chandak Group's customer service is outstanding. They genuinely care about buyers and patiently explain every detail. The entire experience was smooth and well-managed.
