I have also bought a flat in his project at Dhanori,Something wrong has happened in my case and I have been following up with them since April and till date they have not given me any kind of response. They use the best formula to trap customers These management team are only asked until the customer registration and then not asked at all. If you get a flat in any government scheme than getting a flat from them, you will get better service... I am in follow up with Sheetal regarding my issue Never seen such a careless person till date also management.....

Very horrible experience while obtaining possession of office. Before the office was handed over, an electricity bill was produced and the customers were asked to pay it. Higher management has been shown to be negligent. Why is the customer requested to pay the electricity bill even when the possession has not yet been delivered?

Hi everyone Please be aware before buying any property because some big builders are also not respond well after you book the property. Here I am sharing what I faced after booking the shop in below mentioned project. Project Name- Bramha Sky Uzuri, Pune Project Registration no- P52100046261 Almost 4-5 months we visited multiple properties and property exhibitions in pune with the help of square yard Team, I found out about Bramha sky Uzuri property, which fits in my budget. We booked shop in this project by giving a booking amount on 20/11/2022. They told us agreement related paperwork they will do within 2-3 week. We actually excited about our first investment and started arranging money by breaking our FD’s and all. After 2-3 weeks also no update from Bramha group so we was quite worried and tried to connect with them for further updates. But they was just saying it’s in progress and didn’t gave more details. Even after one and half month also no update from them. After multiple call and follow up what they told was completely shocking for us. They completely changed their strategy and told us owner of Bramha Group don’t want to sell the property he want to lease out those shops. From last 1 month we are continuously trying to connect with their team how can they change the decision after confirming deal with us. And this is very big trust issue. After taking multiple follow ups also we are still struggling to connect with Bramha group team and their owner. My advice is that don’t trust the project made by Bramha reality and infrastructure.
