I strongly do not recommend Bharat Realty's Shilphata Project to anyone. We purchased a newly constructed flat expecting quality construction and reliable after-sales service. Unfortunately, our experience has been completely opposite. Within a short period, we started facing major ceiling leakage, and now the plaster is peeling off and falling, creating a serious safety hazard for my family. For the last 2 years, every monsoon we have been facing the same issue. Despite raising multiple complaints, sending repeated emails with photographs, and making several phone calls, there has been no proper response from the builder's team. They don't even answer our calls, and none of our emails have been acknowledged. The water leakage is so severe during the rainy season that we have to keep buckets inside the house, and they get filled with water. Temporary repairs have been carried out several times, but they have completely failed, and the leakage has only become worse every year. The quality of construction is extremely poor, and the customer service is even worse. Even the amenities are in a very poor condition and are not maintained properly. Buying a new home should bring peace of mind, but instead we are dealing with continuous stress, inconvenience, and constant worry about the safety of our family. It is deeply disappointing that a reputed builder shows such negligence after handing over possession. If this is how genuine customer complaints are handled, it raises serious concerns about their commitment to quality, construction standards, and customer satisfaction. My sincere advice to anyone planning to invest in a Bharat Realty project is to think twice before making such a big financial decision. We invest our hard-earned money expecting a safe, quality home, but our experience has been nothing but disappointment. Personally, based on what we have gone through, I would not recommend buying a flat in any of their projects. If Google allowed a rating below 1 star, that is what I would have given. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest possible rating. Very disappointed with both the construction quality and the after-sales service.

Horrible customer service has been constantly calling me and troubling me after telling them a million times I am not interested in their property. They are so desperate to sell constantly harassing me.

Very good interior design in sides home. High security services Atmosphere well near a silent.swiming pool in society tower, garden Etc.
