After evaluating various options over a period of 3 years in the vicinity of whole of LBS and Ghatkopar, we finally zeroed in on Arkade nest. It suited the kind of space we required for our big family (2 BHK Jodi) and fitted in our budget too. Arkade Nest has all the amenities that nearby big projects have to offer but definitely there is a good price gap to make decision making easy. Every-time we visit the project, some new layers of construction seems to have come up and it looks so much like the project delivery will be on time as promised. Location is ideal in Mulund but yet in a peaceful green corner with connectivity to every mode of transport within a few minutes. It truly is a dream come true with this purchase. Me and my family must mention a few special words of appreciation for Mr Yash Khadapkar who explained to us the project details and cleared our doubts thoroughly. We visited the project 6 times, and each time he was forthcoming in explaining and clearing our doubts completely and went out of his way by even showing the premise from outside. Even today, if there is any issue, we call up Yash and he is helpful in solving our queries although his job of sales is long over. Yash played a big part in the final selection and purchase of our dream home. I strongly suggest anyone visiting Arkade to connect with him. Only slight disappointment was the allotment of parking, the location of which was not as per our expectation or as promised.

I recently purchased a 2BHK flat at Arkade Nest and I would like to sincerely thank the sales team for their professionalism and support throughout the process. A special mention goes to Anushka and Shailendra Mishra, who maintained excellent communication and built a very good relationship with us. Their guidance made the experience smooth and reassuring. The property itself looks promising, with thoughtful planning and amenities that reflect Arkade’s commitment to quality. Though it is still under construction, I am hopeful that the team will fulfill their word and complete the project within the promised timeline. On the other hand, I would like to highlight an area of improvement for the financial team. When customers opt for loans independently (not through their suggested counterparts), the communication and cooperation need to be better. Not everyone is familiar with the loan process, and penalizing with heavy fines without proper guidance feels unfair. A more supportive approach would go a long way in building trust and goodwill. Overall, I am happy with my decision and look forward to seeing Arkade Nest completed as promised.

His in-depth knowledge of the project and the clarity with which he explains every detail make the entire experience smooth and transparent. He takes the time to understand requirements, answers all queries calmly, and ensures a comfortable and trustworthy interaction. The planning of the project is truly commendable. It offers a wide range of modern amenities, and what stands out the most is that around 60% of the land is kept as open space for residents. This creates a low-density and spacious living environment, which is rare to find. I myself have booked a home here, and I feel confident about my decision. Overall, Arkade Nest is a great option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly home with excellent amenities and a strong focus on open spaces and nature.

The project has a very good location, the layout is good and the density of the project is low compared to projects around it.
