Been following this project for a few months… looks like they’re doing good quality work so far.
The project is offering premium comforts within a peaceful setting, while keeping you connected to city infrastructure, workplaces, and lifestyle essentials.
Everything about this project is perfect. the location, the amenties, the environment - all top notch. It also offers great convinience and you can get everything very close.
One of the worst developers that I’ve seen in the history of bad developers. Our home at the Sapphire tower in Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s Parkwest in Binnypete Bengaluru has been stuck for about 8 years now and I don’t understand how their officials get sleep at night knowing that so many of their customers have done god knows what not to get this home! The excuses range from Covid, to lack of funds to lame tales even a child wouldn’t believe! I’d give them 0 on integrity and beware - they will lure you with promises on paper but none of it is going to come true (unless of course they’ve funneled our hard earned money for this project, and yours will go for some other). So my personal recommendation- do not burn your money by investing with this group, there are many more reliable developers in this country.
The Odyssey offers a refined living experience. It’s a fantastic project and very well-located with amenities that make you feel premium. Highly recommended for people looking to upgrade their lifestyle.

I would strongly advise against buying flats here. There are persistent issues with basic amenities such as electricity and water supply. Power cuts are frequent, water availability is unreliable, and overall maintenance and service quality are poor. Despite repeated complaints, these problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Considering the high investment involved in purchasing a flat, the lack of essential services makes this property unsuitable for comfortable living. Prospective buyers should carefully evaluate these issues before making any decision.

So nice Environment..nice Hospitality....caring people....So spacious construction area..beautiful amenities..I think it will prove an important place for all professional people in Pune area...the bliss you will feel here will be awesome....natural environment will be one of the most important aspect provided here...all ecofriendaly environment is maintened here
