Today we took the possession of our Studio Apartment at Address One. A Big Thank you to the entire Peninsula Land team for the smooth processing and heart touched possession ceremony. Akshay did a superb job in showing the options and helping me to choose the one I was looking . Prajakta and Yogesh helped me with flawless processing , show around and today surprised the entire family with the surprise flat hand over ceremony ..it was a memorable, emotional and impactful gesture shown by the team. We are extremely happy to be part of Address One family !

We bought a flat at celestia spaces but had a very disappointing experience . 1. No full oc 2. No club house handover 3. Society maintenance fees eaten up no account 4. Sub standard work in many areas 5. Very little transparency 6. All residents are struggling to resolve the issues with builder especially with regard to society charges , club house and OC

We had wonderful experience while having possession. Overall handover process was smooth and issues raised were address in timely manner by admin team. Thanks to Yogesh and Vikas for making their best efforts to answer all queries. definitely deserves 5 star here.
