I have a concern regarding the parking allocation. At the time of booking, there was no information mentioned anywhere about parking being allotted floor-wise, as you explained (Floors 1–8 in Basement -2 and Floors 9–14 in Basement -1). Even the sales person informed me that they did not have any idea about such an arrangement. If the parking allotment was already decided before selling the flats, then this information should have been clearly communicated to the buyers at the time of booking. This situation is not fair for buyers. We are investing our hard-earned money and paying bank interest for many years to fulfill a common man's dream of owning a home. Such important details should be transparent and shared in advance. Your organization has built a very good reputation in the market, and I sincerely hope you will continue that legacy by addressing such concerns fairly.
