She made the check-in and overall guest experience smooth and memorable. We would also like to sincerely thank to Mr Mujtaba the Food & Beverage Supervisor,and Mr.Prasad ,Mr.Sohan also for his outstanding service and personal attention. Mujtaba ensured that we were comfortable at all times and took excellent care of our dining experience with great dedication and kindness. An exceptionally peaceful and comfortable stay from start to finish ! Celebration Land reflects the standards of a luxury brand with it's beautifully maintained rooms, elegant lobby, peaceful ambience, classic amenities and well maintained gardens. Rachael was warm and welcoming with everything ready before we reached the resort. Every member of the staff was warm, professional and genuinely attentive, making you feel like a VIP right through the stay. Resort Manager, Arun Roy, present at all times of the day, made our experience comfortable right through our stay. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food, impeccable service and excusite presentation. Chef Amar, totally outstanding with every meal prepared with care and class. Housekeeping staff were attentive to detailed cleanliness, personalised hospitality making our stay memorable. Sohan was energetic and extended excellent service, suggestions on selection of food, in -door activities and showed us around the property inspite of the heavy rain. Prasad was always attentive to detailed service, clearance and comfort. Highly recommend that the bakery section is explored. Bakery Chef was par excellent and choices were amazing. Inspite of the weather the tandoor Chef did a marvelous job. Thank you team Neral, we surely want to return and experience this type of comfort and luxury again and again. ​I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the absolute lack of progress and communication concerning my EOI cancellation and refund request for the Neral Celebration Land project. ​Despite the statutory timelines dictating a prompt return of Expression of Interest amounts, my experience has been an uphill battle. ​Emails are rarely answered, and on the rare occasions they are, I am met with generic statements rather than a concrete, transparent timeline. Getting a simple refund processed has turned into a complete nightmare due to this lack of responsiveness.

The quality is good, however to cater for all his residents ,club space will require expansion.
