This is very nice place , clean air , away from pune , 24 hours water supply and no traffic issues as far now , town is developing right now but in future it may grow , they are launching lots of new tower and some are in development phase 3 tower are developed and people staying there right now , as far as hospital, school and collage concern everything is available at near by , bus stop is also available but you have to take 10 mins walk from the main paud road to reach out to this place , it's nice experience to take wall or drive from lakeside view , if you have car or bike that will be better as I said this is developing area and hard to get auto or cab , you will find ola or uber to reach out to this place but to come back into main city again not sure you will get cab . Yet developing but as far as future concern best and planed city .

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with This Builder
I am utterly disgusted with the way this Skyi builder has handled our apartment project. Promises were made during the sale about basic amenities – most importantly, water supply, which is a fundamental human need. Yet here we are, struggling every single day without water, while the builder dishes out one excuse after another.
This is not just unprofessional – it is unethical and unacceptable. The builder has completely failed to deliver on commitments and shows zero accountability. Instead of taking ownership and fixing the issue, we get vague, nonsensical reasons that change daily.
We trusted this builder with our hard-earned money and got lies and negligence in return. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from this Skyi project and any other ventures by this builder. Don’t fall for fake promises – you’ll regret it as we do now.

Please think twice before buying apartment here.
Dirty water - not at all filtered by WTP .
Frequent electricity cut off (though generators are there, appliances are broken now).
1 amenity shared by 7-8 towers.
Swimming pool and club house are still in progress since last 7-8 years.
Already cracks have started to develop in apartments whose possession given less than 4 years back.
PMA maintenance agency of the builder, closes your complaints without any resolution.
Please speak to existing buyers before you buy any apartments here. Only problems, no solution.
