I'm writing to express disappointment and concern about the delayed possession of my flat under the Vision Exotica Scheme. The promised possession date has been repeatedly pushed back - from Dec 2024 to July 2025, and now to Dec 2025. This lack of transparency and reliability raises serious doubts about the project's completion timeline.
As a customer, I've experienced unanswered questions and uncertainty from your site office staff. They seem unclear about timelines and focus only on upcoming payments instead.
I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with Siddhivinayak Group, as they appear to struggle with meeting deadlines and maintaining transparency.
I urge you to prioritize completing the project and handing over possession to customers without further delays.

Sorry to say but very disappointed with the false promises made by builder. I booked a flat in vision exotica. While booking, sales consultant mentioned possession date as Dec 24. On aggreement it was revised to Dec 26. Citing the reason of corona pandemic (in 2022 🙄).
This false promises made during sales do really breaks the trust people have in your firm. Nonetheless let's see if builder delivers the flat before that. Not expected such behaviour from such reputed builder.

Do not trust the builder and the people of the builder. Fake promises and no proper documentation. Take feedback from the real customer struggling and been traped by these builder.
